send back the fabric in question, uncut and unwashed,
within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a
refund or apply a credit towards a new order. All
bridal fabrics and home decorating fabrics returned
are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Our policy is to fill your order with any
of the fabrics available (with the exception
of the "Coordinates" listed above). If you
want to be notified if something is sold out
we will gladly do so. Be sure to give your
phone number or your email address so that
we can notify you. You may tell us in the text
box located on the bottom of the order form
page to notify of any sold out's.

We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex and the United States Postal Service.
Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out within 2-4 business days of order receipt.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live.
Our most recent records show that shipping time will
normally be 2 to 7 business days.
Please allow 2-3 days extra for home décor, bridal fabrics,
and runway silks as these come from different warehouses.
If you need your order quicker, we offer expedited shipping.
This option is only available for the contiguous 48 United States.
Express orders can be shipped out the business day after it is received
in the office with the exception of special order items.
These orders can be shipped upon receipt of the fabric.
We can ship the order of in stock items via Overnight Express or 2 Day Express.
The cost for this is a $5.00 fee plus the charge from Fed Ex which is calculated
once the order is placed and weighed. If you wish to be contacted with shipping rates,
please mention "call with express fees" in the comments section of the order.
We can also upgrade the shipping to Fed Ex Ground for an additional $7.50 fee.
This is added to the standard shipping charges and will be shipped out the next business
day after it is received in our office. If you wish to upgrade the shipping to Ground shipping,
please mention "$7.50 Ground Shipping Upgrade" in the comments section of your order.

International orders are processed and charged at the time of purchase.
We use Priority International Mail for International shipments. Shipping charges are applied and charged at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and country that is being shipped to. This can not be determined until the order is cut and weighed. Recipient is responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country.
We automatically charge the credit card for international shipments.
If you need to know cost in advance, please note this in the comments section of the order form.
If you would like orders shipped to an address different from your billing address,
please fill out the “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” section on the order form.
We are unable to accept coupons or credits when ordering
online.
You may order as little as the fabrics minimum quantity
(in most cases
1/8 yard, others 1 yard) for samples. The shipping cost of up to seven
1/8 yard pieces is $4.95. We cannot send more than 7 samples per
order. We do not offer any other kind of sampling.

working days of
